About the Role As a Machine Learning Specialist you will be responsible for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models. The role will focus on applying ML techniques to solve business problems, improve processes, and enhance data driven decision making of the business. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use Process and analyze structured and unstructured datasets Conduct model training, testing, and evaluation Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate ML solutions into applications and pipelines Monitor model performance as needed Document ML processes, workflows, and model outputs What You Bring 2+ years of experience in machine learning or data science Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methods Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform) Strong knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets Hiring Process We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
