The Content Project Specialist supports a team of subject matter experts, content reviewers, and instructional designers to create online educational resources aligned with our mission of making education accessible to all. Successful candidates are strong multi-taskers with exceptional English language abilities who balance quality and efficiency while producing world-class educational content. What You’ll Do Support the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials Onboard and support a team of SMEs and test prep content developers Incorporate learning science principles and learning design best practices in test prep content Manage exam taxonomies and alignment of prep materials with actual exams Deeply understand test content and strategy to ensure quality of materials Use AI and other technology to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to team lead proactively What You’ll Bring To The Role 2-3 years working in test prep content development, preferably US tests Experience working in complex content management systems Why You’ll Love Working For Us Reliable payments: timely, reliable payments twice a month Flexibility: work from home or anywhere online Supportive staff: access to an in-house team to answer questions Paid training: instruction and feedback to improve your work Paid time off 13th salary The salary range associated with this job considers the skill sets, experience and training required for this role.
