Industry : Technology / AI Schedule : Flexible, overlapping U.S. Eastern Time preferred Job Description Internal Tech Recruiter (LATAM & PH) We are looking for a highly skilled Internal Tech Recruiter to drive recruitment for a fast-growing U.S.-based AI and technology company. This role is crucial in building world‑class teams, including software engineers, AI developers, and other technical experts. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and has a proven track record in recruiting for high‑demand technical roles across diverse geographies. Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle recruitment for technical and AI/ML roles, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top 5% talent in tech. Screen U.S. based candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and long‑term potential. Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and other recruitment tools. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities. Ensure a smooth, professional, and consistent candidate experience. Track metrics, analyze recruiting performance, and suggest improvements. Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations in LATAM and PH. Requirements Proven experience recruiting technical talent, including software engineering, AI/ML, and other high‑demand roles. Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to assess candidates effectively. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Experience recruiting remotely across multiple time zones is highly preferred.
