Role Description

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for daily hiring, interviewing, and communication with job applicants for Store Managerial requirements. They will also be responsible for recruiting, assisting new employees for effective onboarding, and handling other recruitment-related tasks.

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine and calibrate staffing needs including the criteria and job description for Store Managerial vacancy.
  • Conducting end to end recruitment
  • Administering appropriate company assessments, reference and background checks through internal google form and Talentprobe.
  • Maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Conducting job offers and discussion of employer information, details and benefits.
  • Tracks and updates current trends and information regarding the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws regarding employment practices.
  • Updating recruitment reports, databases including employment activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in end to end recruitment
  • RPO/Manpower/Retail experience industry is preferred
  • Must have experience in conducting technical recruitment
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Amenable to work on site from Monday - Friday (Marikina City)

This is an Internal Hire and a full-time, 100% work on-site role located in Marikina.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
