Real Estate Data and Application Analyst

BMG Outsourcing Inc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Data and Applications Analyst to support the end-to-end data lifecycle across key real estate systems. This role focuses on data management, reporting, minor automation, and ensuring data integrity and compliance to support the Real Estate and Funds Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a foundational understanding of real estate systems and data governance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end data management (record to report) in key Real Estate applications.
  • Develop and implement minor automations to streamline data entry and reporting processes.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports to support the Real Estate and Funds Management team.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in data management and applications support, preferably in Real Estate and Funds Management (e.g., Argus, Estate Master).
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling and other data management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python, R) or Power Automate low-code tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
