Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a Remote Cloud Support Associate to join our growing technology support team. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for cloud-based applications, systems, and infrastructure. Monitor cloud performance and report system issues or outages to senior engineers. Assist clients in troubleshooting technical problems through chat, email, or video calls. Maintain accurate logs of support requests, incidents, and resolutions. Collaborate with IT specialists to elevate complex issues as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies and data security standards. Continuously learn and stay updated with new tools and cloud technologies. Deliver high-quality service with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong interest in cloud computing, IT support, or remote technology work. Excellent communication and written English skills. Basic understanding of computers, internet connectivity, and online tools. Ability to follow step-by-step procedures for troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. No formal IT degree required — training will be provided. Experience Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Working Hours Flexible work schedule with shifts covering global time zones (Day/Night shifts available). Full-time or part-time options based on candidate availability. 5 days a week with rotational off days. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic familiarity with cloud tools (Google Drive, AWS, or Microsoft Azure – training provided). Ability to handle multiple support requests simultaneously. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude. Quick learner with a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities.
