Overview

Job Purpose: To monitor and assured that office activities and operations efficiency are compliance to company policies and government regulations

Minimum requirements
  • Applicants must be willing to work and relocate to Clark, Pampanga
  • Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have relavant residence status
  • Must have a Degree in Office Administration or any related course
  • At least one (1) year experience as an Office Administrator
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with different office management procedures
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for the upper management
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Manages reception area and looks after visitors
  • Developing, implementing and improving office policies and procedures
  • Process permits pertaining to the business operations and government regulatory requirements.
  • Attend meetings and conferences to learn about new industry trends and make contacts with suppliers
  • Monitor the service providers contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes
  • Preparing and monitoring the transport schedule requirements of operations.
  • Preparing and organizing employees’ assets requirements such as issuing and monitoring lockers and office supply requirements.
  • Conduct meetings with staff and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding procurement
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing if necessary
  • Gather price proposals and other information to determine reasonable prices for the SOA to analyse.
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed
