Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of the retail environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to foster a high-performance culture, conduct performance evaluations, and manage staffing needs.
  • Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock, coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock, and ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction, manage customer inquiries, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage branch budgets, analyze financial data to control costs, and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes, specifically within the construction materials sector.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify operational issues, and implement effective solutions.
