Responsibilities- New Logo Sales: hunter mentality; individual contributor
- Respond to and close RFPs
- Develop understanding of prospect/client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with executives
- Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for pursuits based on client interactions
- Collaborate with Sales Support, Account Management, Operations, and other departments to meet or exceed client expectations
- Monitor economic and legal trends affecting sales
- Effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders
- Create strategies for sales activities to maximize revenues
- Understand clients’ business needs and communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Generate new business, customer care, and back-office outsourcing pursuits from open to close
- Identify fastest-growing, innovative companies looking to scale outsourcing while protecting brand and culture
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, selling, and deal-closing skills
- Drive for pursuit of innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Preferably 8–10 years of service and solution selling experience
- New Logo BPO sales experience highly desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and ingenuity in championing projects
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; proficient with CRM and MS Excel
- Aptitude for sales and spotting business opportunities
- Travel amenable; US visa preferred
