About The Role

Drake Business Services Asia is a leading provider of Office Support Services in the Philippines, enabling our clients to focus on what they do best.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer (Freelance) based in the Philippines (fully remote) to assist our marketing team on a casual basis. You will be engaged as a freelancer and be required to support business requirements, as they present themselves.

As a member of the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for all creative design across several projects, and you'll be the gatekeeper of our brand.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, sales collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
  • Develop concepts and execute concepts by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout, in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices.
  • Build Canva templates for the marketing team to use.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
  • Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
  • Experience with Canva
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously, with little management
  • Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
