We’re Hiring Sr. Executive (B2B/B2C Sales) Coal Division Locations: Delhi | Mumbai | Ahmedabad | Vadodara | Vapi | Nagpur | Indore Openings: Multiple Positions About the Role Join our Coal Division as a Senior Executive Sales , driving growth across major industrial regions of India. The role focuses on industrial and end-user sales , engaging with clients in industrial hubs and SEZs . You’ll manage territory coverage, client acquisition, and lead generation , ensuring strong business relationships and consistent sales performance. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire industrial clients and end-users through field visits, calls, and meetings. Manage coal sales coordination, pricing discussions, and order execution. Build and sustain long-term relationships with industrial and corporate customers. Maintain CRM records, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth communication. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and logistics developments. Maintain high standards of email, call, and interpersonal communication. Requirements Experience in B2B/B2C field sales, preferably in coal, minerals, or industrial raw materials. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Excellent command of English for email, client, and senior-level communication. Understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, and logistics coordination. Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working on field.
