Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer/Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will perform structural analysis, design, and engineering calculations for various building projects including commercial, residential, and industrial structures. This role requires strong technical expertise in structural systems and proficiency with industry-standard analysis software. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and wood structures Develop engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation Utilize structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RISA3D, RAM, or similar) to model and analyze complex structural systems Create and review structural drawings and specifications using CAD software Ensure all designs comply with applicable U.S. Building Codes and industry standards Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during construction phases Conduct site visits and inspections as needed Participate in quality control reviews and design optimization Mentor junior engineers and drafters as needed Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering and design Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, RISA3D, RAM, or equivalent) Strong CAD drafting skills (AutoCAD or similar) Solid understanding of structural analysis principles and methodologies Experience designing steel, concrete, and wood structural systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of U.S. Building Codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.) Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit Structure Familiarity with seismic and wind load analysis Experience with renovation and retrofit projects Knowledge of sustainable design practices Work Schedule Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10PM-7AM Manila Time Work Setup Permanent Homebased Equipment provided by Outsourced Hired staff must have a stable internet connection at home with at least 20 Mbps upload/download By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
