Position: Senior Structural Detailer

Location: Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Set-Up and Schedule: On-Site (Monday to Friday) and Dayshift (AU Working Hours).

Position Summary:

The Senior Structural Detailer will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality structural drawings and documentation for residential construction projects. This role will help in preparing 2D drawings, detailed CAD layouts, framing plans, and other structural documentation needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D structural drawings and layouts for residential construction, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian standards.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather design requirements, structural specifications, and product details.

• Calculate dimensions, weigh limitations and review design requirements.

• Design layouts to illustrate design concepts and improvements.

• Identify potential operational issues and redesign to improve functionality.

• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects

• Support the engineering team in preparing structural notes and schedules as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in structural detailing, drafting, or CAD design—preferably for residential or light-steel/timber framing projects.

• Proficient is using AutoCAD for creating designs, drawing and layouts.

• Preferred but not required: Experience in using Tekla, Pryda and Mitel software.

• Strong understanding of structural design principles and residential construction methods.

• High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and compliant technical drawings.

• Excellent English Communication Skills (both verbal and written); has the ability to confidently communicate with different stakeholders and/or clients.

• Amenable to Work On-Site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

• Amenable to Work in Early Dayshift (7AM to 4PM).
