Responsibilities

  • Compliance Support: Assist with the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures. Support the development and maintenance of company compliance policies and systems. Keep detailed records of compliance issues, inquiries, and audit results. Help prepare reports and documentation for regulators and internal audits. Stay informed of relevant regulatory changes and share updates with appropriate teams. Assist with internal reviews to evaluate risk and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Aid in the client onboarding process by gathering required documents. Maintain organized and up-to-date compliance files and tracking logs.
  • Business Development Support: Research new markets, competitors, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities. Help create business proposals, client presentations, and marketing materials. Track and follow up on prospective leads and client interactions. Maintain and update contact databases. Contribute to business performance reports and sales data analysis. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and correspondence with potential clients or partners.
Job Requirements
  • Must be Filipino, with proficient English skills for effective communication.
  • Exhibit adaptability to a dynamic work pace and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, rapid learning capabilities, and adeptness at multitasking.
  • Bachelor39;s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
