ICT Product Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage product development projects within the Cyber Security/Cloud/BAS domain, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Work with the ICT Product Development Head to define clear product specifications and requirements for new product development and feature enhancements. Ensure the effective execution of the product development lifecycle—from initial concept through design, development, testing, and release. Collaborate with ISDP, ISG, NTG, Marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product requirements and timelines. Act as the primary point of contact between cross‑functional teams and the ICT Product Development Head, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the product development process. Address and resolve product development challenges, such as resource constraints, technical issues, and scope changes, ensuring smooth project delivery. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is built to meet high technical standards and complies with relevant industry regulations and security protocols. Ensure that products meet quality standards through rigorous testing, validation, and iteration. Monitor bug fixes and technical refinements to ensure seamless product launches. Stay informed of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure the product remains aligned with customer expectations and business objectives. Implement processes to gather and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that the product continuously improves post‑launch. Identify potential risks in the development process and implement strategies to mitigate these risks. Proactively address issues that arise during the development phase, including technical obstacles, resource limitations, and scope changes. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product development and provide regular progress updates. Requirements 5+ years proven experience in product development, preferably in the ICT/Telco industry. Proven experience in product management, with a track record of providing new and innovative solutions to enhance product lines. Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in the ICT space. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product development and enhance user experience. Familiarity with research administration (plus). Knowledge of advanced principles of Product Lifecycle Management, business management, marketing, and project management. Familiarity with at least one industry framework: ITIL, TMForum, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, IFRS 15, IFRS 16. Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
