The Trade Marketing and Events Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of trade events, exhibits, and operational activities to ensure smooth implementation and strong brand visibility. Overview Human Resource Assistant at RLC Residences, the residential business unit of Robinsons Land Corporation. Responsibilities Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibits, and marketing events. Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, supplier coordination, and materials preparation. Manage inventories of event materials, collaterals, and equipment. Monitor event schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Support the documentation and reporting of event results and expenses. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in events coordination or operations (fresh graduates may also apply). Good communication, organizational, and inventory management skills (Microsoft Excel navigation). Willing to work on weekends or extended hours during events.
