Job Description

Primary Job Functions:

  • Lead the Company in bid submittals to government offices and enterprises; ensure eligibility and documentation.
  • Drafting/reviewing documents for bids (requests, correspondence, pleadings, board resolutions, lease agreements, etc.).
  • Liaise with company departments and government agencies.
  • Handle the Bid Audit of the Company.

Secondary Job Functions:

  • Assist in negotiation and finalization of contracts; file government compliances; labor relations correspondence; manage administrative cases; handle special projects; prepare external communications as needed by Legal Head/Senior Officers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate of Legal Management/Political Science/Law/Juris Doctor.

  • Knowledge of RA 9184 and procurement laws; contract drafting, labor relations, and SEC matters.
