Qualifications: Candidate must obtain at least a Bachelor's Degree, desirably a business-related course. With at least 5 years of relevant banking experience. With excellent communication (oral and written) skills. With effective negotiation and marketing skills, with ability to conduct financial analysis. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for efficient account management and development of business with existing and new clients. Responsible for negotiation of rates and fees; ensuring required margins are applied to relevant transactions. Negotiates with clients the terms and conditions of credit accommodations. Evaluates financial requirements and financial capacity of customers and proposes appropriate financial solutions and packages to meet these requirements. Conducts business promotion of various banking products and services by customer visit to achieve target. Conducts effective and accurate know your customer process in accordance with bank\'s policies and procedures. Work in partnership with operations group and other support departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of service to the customers. Work in partnership with products related departments for promotion-related activities. MUFG is an equal opportunity employer.
