Job Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Segment Marketing Head and managers to define and refine the brand strategy. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape. Consumer Insights: Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Utilize data analytics tools to track consumer behavior and preferences. Marketing Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies across various channels. Create engaging content for marketing collateral, social media, and digital platforms. Planning and Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from concept to implementation. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Build relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives. Job Qualifications 1-2 years minimum experience in a real estate company. Graduate of any 4-year course Marketing and/or business-related certifications or licenses a plus. Use of MS applications, design, and basic editing tools like Canva, and Premier Pro. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
