Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer Knowledgeable in construction with at least 1–2 years of work-related experience Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna Duties and Responsibilities Interment Monitor and supervise Park Operations Crews and interment activities Supervise and check layout and preparation of interment site Conduct inspections and periodic checking of all devices and equipment to be used for park operations Prepare daily and weekly assignments/schedules of Park Operations Crews Memorial Services Coordinate with the person in charge for the arrangement of interment and/or cremation schedule Maintenance Supervise Park Operations Crews in maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the park Ensure proper maintenance of all vehicles, equipment, and tools Ensure that park rules are properly implemented and followed Park Development Oversee and monitor all constructions and development activities in coordination with CEG Assist CEG in land surveying and layout works when necessary Prepare certification of work accomplishments Ensure that all documents such as licenses/permits needed for construction projects are secured and submitted Ensure that all construction activities have prior approval from CEG Maintain a permanent record of all mausoleums and niches constructed, including owner, contractor, cost, and date of construction Assist in Construction of Garden and Presidential Niche Monitor, coordinate, and/or oversee construction of outside contractors and in-house construction Prepare cost estimates of repairs and minor construction projects in coordination with CEG Maintain sets of plans (approved by CEG) for garden and presidential niches Prepare certification of work accomplishments Assist in Construction of Mausoleum Assist the Branch Manager/Marketing Staff in dealing with clients interested in building mausoleums by handling the technical aspects of the structure Coordinate and communicate client-preferred plan/design to CEG for appropriate action Communicate regularly to CEG regarding project status on mausoleum construction and other major construction projects Supervise/oversee and prepare weekly status reports of all projects undertaken by CEG Perform other tasks as the need arises Work Experience Required With at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in construction and park maintenance With knowledge in memorial park operations Job Type: Full-time Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Ability to Commute/Relocate Santa Rosa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education Bachelor’s (Required) Experience Construction and Park Maintenance Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred) Civil Engineering: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification Civil Engineer PRC License (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
