Job Overview Bookkeeper | Onsite | Xero Location: Tarlac Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time About the Role This role is ideal for a team player who is organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing bookkeeping functions using cloud-based systems (particularly Xero). You will play a vital part in ensuring accurate, on-demand financial information for clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end bookkeeping functions across multiple client accounts. Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Installment Activity Statements (IAS). Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers. Manage payroll processes, including superannuation and compliance requirements. Prepare invoices and manage billing cycles. Support accountants and CFOs with financial reporting and compliance. Liaise directly with clients to ensure financial information is delivered promptly and accurately. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience as a Bookkeeper. Strong proficiency with Xero accounting software. Demonstrated ability in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, BAS/IAS preparation, and invoicing. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple client priorities. Previous experience with Australian clients (preferred). Familiarity with healthcare sector clients (highly regarded). Knowledge of Australian accounting and tax compliance requirements. What's in it for you?
