GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as a strategic link between Human Resources and the business, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives. Work closely with senior management and employees to drive organizational performance and effectiveness. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education : Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any related course. Related Work Experience 5-10 years of extensive experience in all functions of HR Experience in manufacturing industry and/or jewelry processing Knowledge Business Acumen : Understanding the organization's operations, finances, and overall business strategy to align HR practices with business objectives. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and contribute to its success. HR Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. Change Management : Skill in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and overcoming resistance. Project Management : Ability to plan, execute, and manage HR projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired outcomes. Data Analysis and Interpretation : Proficiency in using HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, assess workforce performance, and make data-driven decisions. Legal Compliance : Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and promote a fair and equitable workplace. Skills Data Analysis and Reporting : Being able to analyze HR data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision making. Talent Management : Skills in identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support business growth. Performance Management : Ability to implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and drive employee development. Interpersonal Skills : Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, managers, and senior leaders. Relationship Building : The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Active Listening : Paying close attention to employee concerns and feedback to understand their needs and perspectives. Coaching and Mentoring : Providing guidance and support to managers and employees to enhance their performance and development. Conflict Resolution : The ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively and fairly. Influencing and Persuasion : The ability to influence decision-making and drive HR initiatives by presenting compelling arguments and solutions. Emotional Intelligence : Understanding and managing emotions, both one's own and others', to build strong relationships and navigate challenging situations.
