Job Description: A Managed Report Operations Manager is responsible for the operationalization and maintenance of dashboards and recurring reports. The role involves consolidating data from various sources into a centralized platform, designing visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, and enabling stakeholders to access relevant information quickly. Duties and Responsibilities Data Integration Prepare business requirements mapping required for dashboarding and insighting on new and change requirements. Dashboard Operationalization and Maintenance Operationalize dashboards, optimize scripts and orchestrate data transformations in collaboration with Data Architects and analysts to ensure seamless integration with various data sources (databases, APIs, sheets and slides). Leverage data visualization best practices to represent complex data clearly using charts, graphs, maps and other visual elements. Manage and ensure timely and regular production and update of dashboards according to agreed frequency and SLAs; manage dashboard versioning, updates and change processes. Govern and ensure that production dashboard scripts are closed. User Experience Design Lead development of approved layouts and views via the Visualization Tool, ensuring easy navigation, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and platforms. Optimize dashboard/report performance for fast loading times and smooth interaction, even with large datasets. Operationalization of Reports and Dashboards Automate with job scheduling and anomaly detection using standard DE tools to support data storytelling and enable faster insights. Stakeholder Management and Knowledge Transfer Train and support end-users on how to use dashboards effectively, interpret visualizations, and extract insights to inform decision making. Skills Soft Proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and analytical; capable of data validation and checking results Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Hard Dashboard creation and data visualization Data pipeline design and optimization Data security and access controls Programming: SQL, Python Tools: DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, Tableau, Looker Google suite: Google Sheets, Google Slides, BigQuery Hiring Requirements Education: Graduate of Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering Experience: >3-5 years in analytics Knowledge: Strong data management and analytics; end-to-end BI; SQL, Python; DBT, Airflow, Snowflake; BI tools: Tableau, Looker Equal Opportunity Employer Globe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants; any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the employee lifecycle, including posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
