The Fees and Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate computation, processing, and documentation of both organizational fees and employee payroll. This role ensures compliance with company policies, government regulations, and established accounting procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity in all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Fees Management: Review, compute, and record all applicable fees in accordance with company or client agreements. Verify the accuracy of billing statements, payments, and adjustments. Maintain updated fee schedules and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Operations, or Academic Units) to confirm fee accuracy. Prepare regular fee reports, analyses, and reconciliations for management review. Address inquiries related to billing, payment status, and fee computations. Payroll Administration: Process and compute employee salaries, allowances, and deductions accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.). Maintain and update payroll records, including timekeeping and attendance data. Coordinate with HR for employee movements (new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, etc.). Generate payslips, payroll summaries, and reports as required by management. Handle payroll-related queries and maintain strict confidentiality of employee information. General Finance Support: Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to fees and payroll. Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation. Participate in system updates, process improvements, or automation initiatives related to billing and payroll. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and/or fee or billing management. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with payroll or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or HRIS tools). Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory payroll requirements. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
