We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in Manila. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee payroll operations for a large-scale workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is critical in supporting the company’s operations and maintaining employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process and manage biweekly payroll for more than 1,000 agents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain payroll systems and records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments. Prepare and submit payroll reports, including statutory deductions and contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and taxes). Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and other statutory requirements. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices. Stay updated on labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the BPO industry. Proven experience managing payroll for a workforce of over 1,000 employees on a biweekly basis. Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices in the Philippines. Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines. Experience in handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
