We are looking for a full-time Voice Support Representative. Customer Service Representative is focused on solving problems. Responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries and product support. Tasks may include:

• Calling customers to identify their inquiries and resolve customer issues
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving a range of customer issues from device, to billing, to service concerns
• Maintains appropriate records, prepares required reports, and updates customer accounts
• Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly
• Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution
• Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department's/product's key performance requirements
• May identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, computer science, product development or related field
• Experience with CRMs such as Intercom and Hubspot and other ticketing systems is an advantage
• Experience in phone-based support roles, and can expertly speak to customers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Should be based in the Philippines

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Full Job Description WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS You will be answering outbound calls to customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering outbound calls
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Route calls to appropriate resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Upsell products and services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and skills:

• Fluent English speaking
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
• Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone

Salary: Php125.00 per hour (Energy Campaign)

Days of Operation: Saturday and Sunday (PACIFIC TIME) 20 hours a week
