Responsibilities
  • Content Deployment: Publish and distribute blogs, newsletters, emails, and text campaigns via website, CRM, and marketing platforms.
  • Manage and update landing pages, property marketing descriptions, and other web assets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile reports using AppFolio, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and related marketing tools; track KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Research & Information Gathering: Collect quotes and project details for signage, resident benefit programs, employer outreach, and community engagement initiatives; conduct competitor research, including rent logs and market trends.
  • Marketing Operations: Assist in compiling content for internal and external communications, such as the bi-weekly e-newsletter; support communication deployment via AppFolio and other platforms; maintain marketing documentation and assist with program administration across campaigns.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, AppFolio, and marketing automation platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Stable internet connection with professional-quality audio for meetings.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and basic HTML formatting.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital campaign management.
