Job 1: Virtual Assistant (Bezla.com LLC)
Remote position. Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company. We are expanding and seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Virtual Assistant to join our support team. This is a work-from-home independent contractor position with base hourly pay plus bonuses. Coachability is needed to succeed in this position.
A day in the life of our associates often includes:
- Preparing reports
- Calendar management
- Writing articles
- Scheduling various administrative appointments
- Using social media management and digital marketing tools
- Basic bookkeeping
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction
- 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related business experience with focus in at least one: Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Channel Management (call center and B2B sales), Marketing Spend Effectiveness, Marketing Insights and Analytics
- Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST
- High-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps
- A laptop or PC with at least 16G RAM
- A noise-canceling headset
- A quiet, dedicated workspace

About Our Client: This is a remote position. - Marketing & Visibility Support: Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms; Create and edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut; Monitor social media trends and apply them to engagement strategies; Build and grow online communities through consistent engagement; Track and analyze social media and campaign performance; Manage and optimize Go HighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows; Plan, launch, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns; Support podcast guest booking and outreach; Assist with event promotion and content creation
- Personal Assistant Tasks: Book personal and family-related travel; Schedule personal appointments; Handle online shopping, gift research, and purchasing; Organize family events and reminders

Requirements
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English

- Experience in executive support, marketing, or business operations
- Skilled in short-form video creation and editing
- Familiarity with Go HighLevel CRM and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks data entry
