Job 1: Virtual Assistant (Bezla.com LLC)

Remote position. Bezla.com LLC is a U.S.-based global hotel sales and marketing management company. We are expanding and seeking an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Virtual Assistant to join our support team. This is a work-from-home independent contractor position with base hourly pay plus bonuses. Coachability is needed to succeed in this position.

A day in the life of our associates often includes:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with distinction

  • Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST
  • High-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps
  • A laptop or PC with at least 16G RAM

Job 2: Executive Assistant (Virtual Rockstar)

Remote position. Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the leadership of a premier valet and hospitality staffing company. This role blends executive administrative support, operational coordination, and marketing/social media tasks, while also handling responsibilities unique to the client’s valet operations.

About Our Client: This is a remote position. The Executive Assistant will help streamline business processes, manage communication, oversee scheduling, and contribute to marketing and reporting tasks that support both the executive and the wider company. The client provides valet and hospitality services across hotels, restaurants, healthcare, casinos, private events, and corporate settings.

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Administrative Support: Manage and organize the executive’s calendar and inbox; Book appointments and coordinate meetings; Support travel planning and create detailed itineraries; Assist with event coordination and scheduling; Data entry and tracking (e.g., time tracking from MOD reports); Manage executive schedule and organize email communications; Handle QuickBooks data entry; Assign training modules in the LMS and track completion; Calculate and track on-time bonuses; Email applicant references
  • Marketing & Visibility Support: Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms; Create and edit Reels and short-form videos using CapCut; Monitor social media trends and apply them to engagement strategies; Build and grow online communities through consistent engagement; Track and analyze social media and campaign performance; Manage and optimize Go HighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows; Plan, launch, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns; Support podcast guest booking and outreach; Assist with event promotion and content creation
  • Personal Assistant Tasks: Book personal and family-related travel; Schedule personal appointments; Handle online shopping, gift research, and purchasing; Organize family events and reminders

Requirements

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Skilled in short-form video creation and editing
  • Familiarity with Go HighLevel CRM and campaign management
