Details ● Work Setup: RTO 2-4 times a month ● Office Address: 9/F SCMC Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) Building, Pasay, 1300 Responsibilities Loan and Document Management: Accurately uploading and organizing all legal documents and data related to new deals and amendments, including uploading new loan agreements, historical amendments, and associated closing documents into the loan operations platform. Transaction and Portfolio Administration: Day-to-day administrative tasks for the loan portfolio, including booking new deals, processing transaction history, handling payments and interest accruals, and inputting drawdown notices and payoffs. Compliance and Covenant Tracking: Monitoring borrower obligations by inputting data and documents provided by clients, tracking financial and affirmative covenants, and notifying borrowers/lenders of timing for required reports or documents. Data and Reporting: Generating and maintaining accurate data within the platform to support the onshore team’s analysis, and preparing bespoke data exports and reports for internal review and client-facing materials. Client Request Fulfillment: Handling basic and recurring data requests from clients, providing copies of documents, historical transaction summaries, and standard reporting. Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to and maintaining the internal knowledge base with common requests, solutions, and best practices observed during daily tasks.
