TeleworkPH is looking for an experienced HR Manager who will lead and oversee the daily operations of the HR Department — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee all core HR functions: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HRIS. Supervise and mentor HR team members (Assistants, Specialists, and Talent Acquisition staff). Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with DOLE regulations and company standards. Partner with management and department heads for manpower planning, hiring priorities, and performance management. Lead investigations, employee relations cases, and ensure due process and compliance. Review salary structures and wage compliance reports from the HR Specialist – C&B. Manage employee engagement programs, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities. Generate and present HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, attendance, etc.) for management reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and IT for HR process alignment and system improvements. Ensure confidentiality, fairness, and integrity in all HR-related actions and communications. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2 or more years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or fast-paced environments, handling at least 500 employees. Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE compliance, and government-mandated benefits. Proficient in HRIS or payroll systems such as PayrollPH, Sprout, or similar platforms. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines. Must be willing to work onsite in Bulacan as needed (hybrid arrangement). Preferred Skills Experience in policy creation and labor compliance audits. Familiar with HR analytics and performance tracking dashboards. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Adept at building employee engagement and culture initiatives.
