WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Experience managing a large and complex product catalog . Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP/inventory systems. Familiarity with Amazon FBA Restock Limits , Inventory Performance Index (IPI) optimization, and Amazon storage fee structures . Experience collaborating with 3PLs, prep centers, or international suppliers . Understanding of forecasting models , demand planning , and data automation tools . Background in retail operations, supply chain management , or eCommerce analytics . WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations (non-FBA experience will not be considered ). Proven expertise in Amazon Seller Central , including shipment creation, inventory management, restock limits, and reimbursement processes. Strong data analysis skills — highly number-oriented and data-driven , able to justify decisions with metrics and insights . Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and performance tracking). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills ; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Highly fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication. Patient , methodical, and calm under pressure when dealing with Amazon or supplier issues. Demonstrated success in process improvement and inventory optimization within FBA or eCommerce operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
