Sr. Product Listing Specialist

Our Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Listing Specialist to manage the creation, optimization, and troubleshooting of Amazon and other marketplaces listings across multiple regions. This role requires deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, flat file management, and complex catalog configurations. You will be responsible for scaling our product catalog efficiently while ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and compliance across EU and US marketplaces.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and enhance Amazon product listings via Seller Central UI and flat file uploads, guaranteeing perfect accuracy and scalability across EU, US, and other marketplaces.
• Build and manage complex parent-child listing structures to improve variation visibility and enhance the customer experience.
• Track catalog condition and consistency, detect suppressed or stranded listings, analyze underlying causes, and address problems quickly.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure complete attributes, accurate categorization, and optimized content.
• Conduct SEO research and localize listings to refine titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content for maximum discoverability in each marketplace.
• Collaborate with creative and operations units to develop high-quality creative assets and precise product details that meet marketplace expectations.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, sales velocity, listing metrics) and maintain reporting dashboards, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage AI tools to scale listing creation, SEO optimization, and catalog management efficiently.

Your Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and improving Amazon product listings within EU and US marketplaces.
• Demonstrated experience handling Amazon Seller Central tasks, such as flat file uploads, managing parent-child variations, and resolving issues with suppressed or stranded listings.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, including keyword research and localization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze listing performance metrics.
• Experienced in working alongside creative and operations teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects at scale.
• Proficiency in English is required.

• Additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
