Implement Action Against Hunger policies and donor guidelines, ensuring safety and security of the base team. Plan, manage, supervise, and monitor programs/projects, ensuring alignment with technical policy, guidelines, and objectives. Objective 1: Project Implementation Coordinate with project teams and technical staff to ensure activities are implemented on time. Maintain updated work plans, procurement supply plans, and monthly budget forecasts. Lead project implementation per approved proposals and donor guidelines. Ensure transparency and timely reporting, including monthly progress updates and donor reports. Support local partner capacity building and partnership development. Objective 2: Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Knowledge Management Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual progress reports. Validate and consolidate technical supervisor reports. Coordinate donor interim and final reports with consortium leads. Develop project experience documents and maintain multimedia archives. Ensure timely sharing of visual materials for internal and external communication. Objective 3: Human Resources Management Implement HR policies and conduct performance evaluations. Review job descriptions, recruit staff, and provide training as needed. Coordinate recruitment with HR manager in Manila. Objective 4: Logistics Management Update procurement plans and coordinate logistical requirements. Manage supply chain for project activities. Oversee equipment allocation and fleet use. Objective 5: Safety and Security Ensure staff safety per mission protocols. Monitor security context and report incidents. Coordinate security management and business continuity plans. Qualifications Master’s degree in economics, sociology, international development, political science or related field. Minimum five years of experience in a similar position, preferably with an INGO. Strong knowledge of project management, logistics, security management, and donor guidelines. Experience with emergency response and high‑level government authority engagement. Proficient in drafting technical donor reports and proposals in English. Excellent analytical, mentoring, coaching, and capacity‑building skills. Fluency in English and Filipino; knowledge of local languages is an advantage. Good command of Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Commitment to gender equality and child rights.
