Job Overview Head of Project/Head of Base – Masbate (Filipino Nationals Only) – ReliefWeb – Philippines. Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and monitor the implementation of all program activities and projects. Ensure that all activities are executed within the approved time‑frames and budgets. Represent the organization in coordination with government agencies, donors, partners, beneficiaries, and other external stakeholders. Lead the preparation and update of weekly, monthly, and annual planning, progress, and achievements reports. Validate, consolidate, and prepare donor interim and final reports, ensuring alignment with donor guidelines. Manage the financial, administrative, logistical, HR, and security aspects of the base, ensuring compliance with Action Against Hunger policies and donor guidelines. Maintain transparent procedures and documentation, including procurement plans, equity and safety protocols, and capacity‑building activities. Qualifications Master’s degree in Economics, International Development, Political Science, or related field. At least 5 years of experience managing projects in an INGO in an insecure context. Strong knowledge of project, financial, logistics, and security management tools and donor guidelines. Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino skills; knowledge of local language is an advantage. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and representation at national and international levels. Experience in human resources and capacity‑building management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from the capital office. Remuneration Package Compensation based on Action Against Hunger grid.
