Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment between daily operations and long-term business objectives. Manage and strengthen client relationships, serving as the CEO’s representative in meetings, presentations, and negotiations when needed. Support business development by identifying potential opportunities, preparing proposals, and following up with stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects and client deliverables. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates to support decision‑making and external communications. Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client engagements on behalf of the CEO. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive company information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years experience in business development, client management, consulting, or a related operational role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Confident, professional presence with the ability to represent the CEO and the company externally. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing business needs.
