Reporting to: Kane Andrews, CEO of Rockstar Venture Group

Location: Remote / Work From Home (with international travel if required)

Contract: Full-Time, Self-Employed

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm UK time

We are recruiting two outstanding Personal Assistants to work directly with the CEO. These roles are distinct, high-level, and require individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Role 1: PA (Operations & Existing Business)

This PA will focus on ensuring the smooth running of existing Group companies. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Acting as the first point of contact to the CEO, filtering inbound enquiries and presenting only the most relevant matters.
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating the CEO's diary with multiple stakeholders.
• Assisting with the hiring of staff and providing support to managers across the Group.
• Supporting and liaising directly with other staff members to ensure operations run efficiently.
• Providing back-office and administrative support.
• Tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across existing businesses.
• Acting as a dependable support partner in maintaining structure and efficiency.

Role 2: PA (Future Growth & Expansion)

This PA will focus on forward-facing initiatives and future ventures. Key responsibilities include:

• Researching new business opportunities, markets, and industries.
• Assisting in recruitment processes for new ventures.
• Coordinating meetings with potential partners, investors, and collaborators.
• Managing international travel plans, itineraries, and logistics.
• Conducting outreach to new contacts, companies, and individuals the CEO wishes to engage with.
• Supporting the CEO with start-up tasks for new companies and projects.
• Driving forward "big picture" plans and ensuring momentum on expansion.

Candidate Profile (applies to both roles)

We are looking for seriously talented individuals who can operate at the highest level. You must be:

• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
• A confident speaker on the phone, able to handle professional conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Motivated, ambitious, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
• Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving ability.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in productivity, communication, and project management tools.
• Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
• Available to work 9:00am–5:30pm UK time, Monday to Friday on a self-employed basis.
