Content Syndication Campaign Manager Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Company: pharosIQ Job Objective: As a Content Syndication Campaign Manager, you will manage and execute content syndication efforts, collaborating with the customer relationship team to meet or exceed performance expectations. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end management of content syndication campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with the customer relationship team to align on client goals and expectations, driving account growth. Serve as central point of contact for cross‑functional teams (content, design, data management, operations) to ensure seamless execution. Monitor campaign performance, optimize pacing, and ensure targets are met. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and strategy adjustments. Own and manage campaign forecasting, lead reconciliation, and revenue recognition within lead management operating system and CRM. Skills Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in campaign or project management. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Work experience in a similar role or industry prioritized over educational background. Qualifications The ideal candidate is comfortable and experienced in project management or campaign execution, can independently manage their schedule, prioritize tasks, and possesses strong communication skills for coordinating with the customer relationship team.
