Responsibilities
About the team

The team specialize in planning and executing both online and offline campaign initiatives tailored to user behavior. With a strong emphasis on data-driven performance analysis, content innovation (like livestreams and short videos), and collaborative execution, the team plays a key role in boosting platform engagement, efficiency, and e-commerce brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Develop and implement integrated brand campaigns for brand merchants, ensuring smooth execution and delivery

  • Strategic Planning: Design campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and seller positioning to maximize impact

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and sellers to ensure accurate brand messaging and enhance seller satisfaction

  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and extract best practices

  • Industry and Consumer Insights: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to strengthen campaign strategies

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, e-commerce campaign operations, or a related field, with proven ability to manage brand promotion or marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly curious, self-driven, and motivated to explore new initiatives

  • Prior experience managing creator programs, influencer campaigns, or livestream content operations is plus

  • Experience working at major international advertising agencies, or in digital marketing, social media, and cross-channel campaign execution is a plus
