Assistant Front Office Manager

The Assistant Front Office Manager assists in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest services. They ensure guest satisfaction, supervise front office staff, coordinate with other departments, and maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Support the Front Office Manager in managing front office operations including reception, concierge, reservations, and guest services.
- Supervise and schedule front desk staff, ensuring coverage and high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently and courteously.
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for front office team members.
- Monitor and ensure proper use of property management systems (e.g., Winx).
- Assist in managing check-in/check-out processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and other departments.
- Support revenue management by ensuring upselling and accurate room inventory control.
- Analyze guest feedback and initiate service improvements based on trends.
- Perform daily audit checks and assist with financial reporting and shift reconciliation.
