Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving growth within the food manufacturing and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, key account handling, and business development in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
⦁ Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
⦁ Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve sales objectives.
⦁ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
⦁ Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to align sales plans with overall business goals.
⦁ Conduct regular business reviews, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
⦁ Ensure compliance with food industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
⦁ Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Educational Background:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or other related fields.
Job Qualification:
⦁ At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, key account management, or business development, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
⦁ Age requirement: not more than 45years old
⦁ Strong background in distributor management, retail partnerships, and trade marketing.
⦁ Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional programs.
⦁ Proven leadership experience in managing and growing a sales team.
⦁ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
⦁ Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
⦁ Must be residing/renting near our office locations: Taguig, Alabang, or Pasay
