The Human Resources (HR) Manager will manage the employment process, including recruiting, training, and compensating employees. He/she must also ensure that the company complies with labor laws. Key Responsibilities ✅ HR Department Setup Establish HR systems, processes, and policies for the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, offboarding). Select and implement HR tools and systems (HRIS, payroll software, etc.). Develop an HR framework that aligns with company culture, values, and long-term goals. ✅ Talent Acquisition Design recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the finance and fintech sectors. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across departments. ✅ Compensation & Benefits Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages tailored to the Philippine market. Set up payroll processes ensuring accurate and compliant salary payments. ✅ Compliance & Labor Relations Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, including mandatory benefits and reporting. Manage government compliance requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE reporting. ✅ Culture & Employee Engagement Foster a positive company culture through employee engagement programs. Develop internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated. ✅ Training & Development Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth. ✅ HR Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters. Develop a long-term HR strategy aligned with business goals. Qualifications *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5-7 years of HR experience, with strong preference for experience in setting up HR functions for startups or fast-growing companies. Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Experience in finance, fintech, banking , or related industries is a plus. Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll setup, and policy creation . Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
