  • Monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments about the company and promptly address any negative feedback or customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to create and distribute engaging, positive content that enhances the clients' online reputation.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on the clients' online reputation performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize social listening tools and other relevant resources to stay informed about industry trends, online conversations, and potential reputation risks.

Skillset

  • Familiar and adept in utilizing Google ecosystem tools, especially Google Business Profile, Google Maps, and Google Search
  • Strong understanding of various online platforms, social media channels, and reputation management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and positive content.
  • Analytical, has good memory, and meticulous with details
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Social Media Management is a plus
  • Experience in crisis management and the ability to handle negative situations with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Relevant fields
