In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top candidates to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.**What you'll be doing*** Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled, qualified candidates* Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking and employee referrals* Screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates to assess their fit for open positions* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements* Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process* Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases* Processing of onboarding requirements of new hires**What we're looking for*** 1 to 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment (volume hiring) role, preferably within the property, construction or professional services industry* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team* A proactive, results-driven approach and a keen eye for detail**Location:**On-site –Makati, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
