Job Description BW Water is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and proactively attract and acquire top‑tier talent. Job Requirements Proven track record (5+ years) in full‑cycle talent acquisition, with a focus on active sourcing. Global talent acquisition experience is essential. Experience in both large organizations and smaller scaling organizations. Ability to develop and track talent acquisition KPIs to drive performance. Experience managing vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality of recruitment services. Proficiency in employer branding and social media marketing strategies. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and candidate engagement. Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); HiBob experience a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to work independently, collaboratively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; additional languages a plus. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional hours outside of standard business hours, to accommodate global time zones. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with Regional HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and workforce needs. Develop job advertisements and role‑specific sourcing strategies. Execute recruitment plans aligned with company growth objectives. Develop and monitor talent acquisition KPIs, providing regular reports and insights. Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other channels. Maintain and expand a qualified talent pool for current and future vacancies. Use market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends. Engage and nurture passive candidates and pipeline contacts. Develop and implement strategies to promote employee referral program. Coordinate screening and interview process; assess applicants. Facilitate structured interviews and competency‑based selection methods. Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a professional experience. Actively manage the Hiring Module within HiBob, ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflow, and compliance. Manage relationships with external vendors (headhunters, agencies, job boards). Identify areas for process improvement based on recruitment analytics. Develop and execute employer branding communication campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms. Maintain the company’s career page, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BW Water by 2x.
