The Opportunity The Construction Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective communication between project stakeholders. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Review, interpret, and understand contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Facilitate contract negotiations and amendments as needed, working closely with legal and project management teams. Prepare and maintain accurate contract documents, records, and correspondence for each project. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual timelines and deliverables. Track and manage change orders, claims, and disputes related to contracts, providing recommendations and resolutions. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Monitor insurance and bonding requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and clarifications, providing timely responses to stakeholders. Review invoices submitted to clients. Review and recommend variation requests from subcontractors. Retain and update original project contract documentation for records. Participate in contract reviews of new projects, identifying any gaps in commercial and execution with strong attention to detail. Support project efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil discipline). Minimum of 8 years of experience in Contract/Subcontract Administration. Experience with Philippine government contracts is an advantage. Strong experience in drafting and reviewing agreements and contractual correspondence. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately and professionally. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple quantitatively and qualitatively challenging tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in English writing and verbal communication. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Adobe software. Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, and other planning software is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
