Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing remote team in the Philippines. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases while ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and manage data across internal databases and spreadsheets. Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems. Maintain and update existing data records to ensure information remains current. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct inconsistencies. Generate and prepare reports from entered data for internal use. Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes. Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policies. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets as assigned by the supervisor. Provide administrative support when required to enhance team efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop. Experience Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in data entry, administration, or back-office support is an advantage but not required. Working Hours Flexible working hours with the option to choose between: Day Shift (Philippines Time) Night Shift (US Time-Zone) Both full-time and part-time schedules are available depending on candidate preference and business needs.
