Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Infrastructure & Logistics - Communications In this role, you need to collaborate with senior stakeholders from multiple functions to identify their communication needs & develop a strategic communication agenda that aligns with their goals and objectives. Responsibilities Facilities’ health condition to be maintained at its best with eye to detailing works. Review floor/campus for any damages and timely fix it adroitly. Walkthrough weekly to assess if the condition of the campus/floor is maintained rightfully. Look for any discrepancies in the campus/floor infrastructure and fix it with appropriate standards. Infrastructure should be impeccable at all times – maintenance and supervision. Client visits should be well‑planned and executed with zero error. Be presentable of self and facilities at all times. Bring in novelty to manage client visits and work with experience teams for execution. Maintain up to date deck of facilities in right formats and tools. Facilities should be maintained immaculately at all times. Handling of day‑to‑day operations at site. Coordinate with helpdesk and support team for resolution of tickets. Prepare and evaluate FCI & SLA reports. Manage employee grievance and conduct huddles. Manage pantry: consumables tracking and timely update on sourcing. Manage stores and R&M. Handle client visits and end‑to‑end support. Manage PR/PO/Invoices to track and closures. Oversee housekeeping staff day‑to‑day cleaning activities. Share feedback with supervisor and housekeeping team as and when about the areas where cleaning has to be done. Request supervisor to maintain daily, monthly, weekly checklists. Allocate weekend tasks for supervisor. Share facility feedback with the vendor as and when about the issues faced in Empower. Coordinate with vendor in getting the medical certificate for all staffs present to certify they are physically fit. Provide adequate training to the housekeeping staff whenever required. Report all work orders to engineering/maintenance for repairs. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Recommend and implement methods to increase quality of services. Notify staff of upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event. Carry out internal and external patrols, day and night to ensure a safe and secure environment. Record maintenance issues, unusual occurrences in security report. Ensure unauthorized access is prevented and escorted. Test fire alarms and other security equipment and notify Security Manager of any issues. Respond immediately to alarm system activations and check designated areas of concern. Ensure CCTV system is effectively monitored by guards. Maintain free of obstructions fire exit doors and report defect maintenance issues. Support and comply with Genpact Health, Safety, and Security policies. Assist in induction and training of new team members. Send and receive materials with relevant documents. Update Red Book monthly and send report on time. Participate & coordinate for evacuation drill and prepare report. Coordinate ergonomics sessions and control EHS related training for support function. Conduct site safety audits with EHS auditor in all Genpact facilities. Follow up and close EHS issues for all Genpact sites. Collate & prepare sustainability report and share with EHS manager. Daily site walk and identify EHS related issues. Manage legal compliances of the office space, campus and floor. Follow up for renewals or amendments of legal consents and approvals. Work with legal department for updating legal register. Maintain EHS compliance up to date. Implement all legal consents’ conditions without deviations. Connect between employees and transport team to bridge the gap. Follow up on employee transport requests till closure. Connect with transport coordinators for updates and follow‑up of issue resolution. Ensure employee details updated on transport desk. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications. Experience in digital content development, with strong capabilities in content writing. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field. Preferred qualifications Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proficient understanding of the creative process and open to creative critique. Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated project management and storytelling skills.
