Logistics Coordinator

This role supports the Assistant Manager – Logistics and focuses on managing company assets, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the General Services Department. Key Responsibilities Assists in overseeing the inventory of acquired goods, making sure they are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with user needs—all while staying within budget. Acts as a key contact between internal teams and external suppliers to help coordinate logistical requirements and ensure materials are sourced and delivered effectively. Handles specific tasks or projects from start to finish, following set timelines and guidelines to ensure smooth execution. Maintains clear and up-to-date records of logistics operations, such as asset tracking logs, periodic inventory audits, and accountability reports, in compliance with company standards. Improves existing processes and systems related to asset control, aiming to protect, document, and manage resources more effectively. Oversees asset disposal activities in accordance with the organization’s Environmental Management System (EMS) and relevant compliance protocols. Monitors and keeps track of property insurance agreements to make sure they are renewed on schedule and that asset records are accurate for insurance documentation. Provides coaching and task-level support to team members to help enhance overall performance and promote individual development. Works closely with the logistics team to ensure that operational needs are met and aligned with departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field is preferred. At least three (3) years of relevant experience in logistics and asset handling or management. Minimum of one (1) year in a leadership role within a logistics function.
