Responsibilities Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and coordinating sales-related events. Order & Inventory Management: Handle and validate sales orders, track inventory, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to clients. Customer Management: Maintain and update customer records, address client inquiries, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Gather and analyze sales data to prepare performance reports, monitor customer feedback, and identify insights to support strategic decisions. Coordination & Communication: Serve as the point of contact between sales, marketing, finance, and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Must have 4 to 5 years solid experience in Sales (b2b and b2c) Must have experience working with international client. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to build positive relationships. Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
