About the Company : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Executive with a strong background in selling trucks and cranes, and other heavy equipments, and established connections in the construction and mining industry.

About the Role : The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities :

  • Account Management :
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Sales and Business Development :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Present, promote, and sell trucks and cranes to key accounts, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the products and their benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution :
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market conditions.
  • Track sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the trucks and cranes industry.
  • Strong connections and network within construction and mining industry.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
